We act on behalf of borrowers sourcing funds for your commercial property development, refinance or purchase. We have a strong affiliation with several lenders who will lend up to 80% of normal commercial properties with strong cash flow or exit strategy and up to 100% of development type loans.

Home Loans
Whilst we do not specialise in home loans we can assist with referrals to competent home loan brokers who deliver on service.

Loan Guarantees - Alternative to High Interest Mezzanine Finance
When the security may be short for a property purchase and or development a developer may be able to secure the required funding for a project with the inclusion of additional supporting guarantees. In the case when a development may not have enough security. A supporting Development Guarantee may be the answer typically on the basis of independent control of the development funding or as a direct shareholder.

Consultancy
With the difficulty and time management of a construction loan facility we assist the lender by providing a lender with a monthly reporting service on its facility. This then enables a simplified method of loan analysis for the lender and usually greater comfort in lending. This is independent of Valuers and QS reports.
